IE LA INDEPENDENCIA
I work in a big secondary school, it is it is located in the Comuna 13 in Medellín, unfortunately it's known for its high rates of violence and poverty
It belongs to the so-called quality new schools, ¡but paradoxically the humidity in this building is high!
Only the teachers room is well, it has a living room, garden with furniture a living colors and parasols; the shelves to our personal objects are good and also the school has a good restaurant and cafeteria
The e auditorium is very small and the school has two computers rooms and only one has internet access
The videobeam has no speakers
The school has big classrooms but the desks are olds and there is no librarian or a person to deliver the books and to borrow the TVs
My workmates are good persons; but the school principal is an arrogant man and students are very bad in academic issues, but they are very kind,
The school has 2500 students and 3 buildings, two for primary school and one for secondary school.

THE BIGGEST PROBLEM OF THE IE LA INDEPENDENCIA
The biggest problem of the educational institution's “Independencia” is the deterioration in its facilities.
The campaign is to create a sense of belonging of love for the institution; for this I am going to invite other teachers, students and even mothers and fathers to be part of a group called "Guardianes del medio ambiente”
Guardianes del Medio Ambiente group must raise awareness that wasted must be deposited in the appropriate bins; the group can help by making announcements on wood or another material that is strong and not to damage easily and it may last longer.
We welcome with great imagination hopefully with artists invited to take care of the small green area that the institution has
We invite to decorate with billboards, posters, plants the facilities and the classrooms.
We will plant more flowers our institution so that it has a better appearance.
The group will find ways to take care of cleaning implements
Find ways to make people aware of the conditions so deplorable that this institution is, it was so badly built, it is a building that offers no love
